Mandy Hu

Mandy Hu is Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on using empirical quantitative models to explain and predict consumer behavior in the industries such as telecommunication, automobile, e-commerce and FinTech. She graduated from New York University. She serves as director of the Center for Consumer Insights at CUHK.
